By Transferring money to us, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions listed here.
*Our objective is to carefully breed rabbits of high quality and color.
* All rabbits come with a pedigree unless otherwise stated.
* If we have received a deposit on a rabbit & you back out or do not pick the rabbit up by the agreed upon time, your deposit will be forfeited & the rabbit will be re-listed for sale.
*We have the right to terminate any sale, at any point, without reason.
* We are NOT responsible for the care of any rabbit after it leaves our rabbitry.
* We do not guarantee that a rabbit will win in shows, or produce offspring even if he/she is proven.
* Arrangements can be made to deliver rabbits to a show or shows we may be attending.
* It is your responsibility to find us at a show, we do not go looking for you! ALL rabbits must be picked up by 2 p.m. the day of the show unless other arrangements are made with us prior. If this does not happen the rabbit & any money paid will be forfeited!
* It is the buyers responsibility to inspect all animals before the sale (sales are final), if there are any questions we will do our best to answer them.
* We will hold any rabbit with a non- refundable 50% deposit, for no longer then 2 weeks.
* We will book flight and obtain a vet certificate after the rabbit has been paid in full.
